(TSX-V:ATC - News) is pleased to announce that the first diamond drill hole at the Osiris Target on its Sten claim block has intersected 9.26 g/t gold over 31.13 m within a larger interval that averaged 4.65 g/t gold over 65.20 m. Assays from the remaining 98 m of the hole are still pending. Significant intervals for the top portion of OS-10-01 are tabulated below:

known as mineralization appears to be controlled by both bedding and
structure.
The Sten claims are situated at the eastern end of ATAC's wholly-owned 1400 sq/km Rau Gold Project in central Yukon - about 100 km east of the Tiger Zone, which has been the focus of most of the Company's exploration efforts to date.
Mineralization in the Osiris Target area shares many of the characteristics of Carlin-type gold deposits, including similar alteration assemblages and association with the low temperature arsenic sulphides, realgar and orpiment. Host rocks are two, 150 to 250 m thick limestone debris flow and turbidite units, referred to as the Osiris and Isis Horizons, which occur within basinal silty mudstones.
Drill hole OS-10-01 has partially tested a 150 by 500 m gold-arsenic soil geochemical anomaly over the Osiris Horizon where 60% of the soil samples grade in excess of 1 g/t gold. Preliminary prospecting has identified gold-bearing talus and in-situ mineralization intermittently for an additional 2.1 km along strike. Grades of surface grab and bedrock samples range from 1.95 g/t gold to 39.2 g/t gold. The vertical extent of observed bedrock mineralization is in excess of 300 m.
The Company has accelerated its exploration efforts in the Osiris Target area:
-- Four of six drill holes, which will test a 300 m wide section across the
Osiris Horizon have been completed to date;
-- Prospecting is ongoing and a 4.5 sq/km soil geochemistry grid extension
is underway; and,
-- Drill pads have been constructed to test the Isis Horizon that lies 100
m above the Osiris Horizon, where prospecting has returned grab samples
ranging from 1.48 to 23.90 g/t gold within a 150 by 900 m gold-arsenic
soil geochemical anomaly.

Atac is inmiddels ca 35% vanaf de top gekelderd, maar heeft nog steeds een belachelijk hoge beurswaarde van meer dan een half miljard.

("McIntyre") for every three Silver Quest shares held (the "Spinco Consideration"). The offer values Silver Quest at $1.32 per share, representing a 52% premium based on the combination of:

Silver Quest's share of the Blackwater mineral resource includes 0.56 million ounces of indicated and 0.21 million ounces of inferred gold mineral resources. It was the primary focus of exploration and drilling from 2006-2010 before the discovery of Carlin-type gold mineralization in late 2010 within the Nadaleen Trend, 100 km to the east. Since late 2010, ATAC has focused its efforts on the new Nadaleen Trend Carlin-type mineralization discoveries and anticipates providing further results from this work in the next several weeks.

Atac (de grote favoriet van Peter Vermeulen) is met meer dan 50% gedaald en de favoriet van Kraland, SMash, doet z'n naam eer aan en dondert vandaag met meer dan 30% naar beneden (naar ca 30 cent), terwijl geloof ik de oorspronkelijke advieskoers ergens boven de 1 CAD lag.
Significantly Increases Land Position on Grand-Vallée North Aluminous Clay Prospect in Quebec

("Habanero" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: HAO.V) wishes to announce that it has increased its land position by approximately 11,000 acres on its 100% owned "Grande-Vallée North" Aluminous Clay Prospect. Habanero now has approximately 6,700 contiguous hectacres (approximately 16,500 acres). This prospect directly borders to the north Orbite Aluminae Inc.'s (ORT-TSX) 6,441-hectare Grande-Vallée property, the site of an aluminous clay deposit located 32 km northeast of Murdochville, Québec. According to Orbite's website, "A NI 43-101 compliant technical report on the disclosure of information relating to mineral projects in Canada indicates that the clay deposit at the Grande-Vallée property contains, conservatively estimating a density of 2 tonnes per cubic metre, 800 million to 1 billion tonnes of "indicated mineral resources" in the first 100 metres depth of the Marin sector alone. The property is strategically located near several deepwater ports and across the St. Lawrence River from the province's major aluminum smelters." The property was acquired through Gestim.
On November 21, 2011 Habanero was informed by Apex Geoscience Ltd. that, "Crews have completed the first phase of sampling on Habanero's Grande-Vallée North Prospect near Murdochville Quebec. Altered red clay was encountered and the samples have now been sent to ALS Minerals' Val d'Or Laboratory for major element analysis."
Jason Gigliotti, President of Habanero stated, "We are pleased to increase our current land holdings by almost 200% on this prospect. Management is optimistic about what this prospect may prove to be in terms of growth for Habanero as the full extent of the prospect is investigated in the future. Also HAO announced on November 2, 2011 that exploration crews completed a preliminary geologic reconnaissance of the Lezai Gold Prospect in Quebec. A total of five priority areas were targeted within claims based on geologic compilation work indicating favourable geology and gold potential. Crews submitted a total of 100 rock grab samples comprising both outcrop and glacially transported boulders to ALS Minerals Val d'Or Laboratory for gold fire assay and multi-element ICP-MS analysis. Mineralization consisting of silicification and quartz of veining mafic volcanic rock containing pyrite and lesser chalcopyrite was noted at two of the five sites examined."
